Board of Directors
Chris Kloepfer
Chris spent much of his career in the courtroom listening to stories from victims of human trafficking and child exploitation while being present for all of the evidence being brought forward against an offender. The videos, audio clips, victim testimonials and stories stayed with him, which brought him to assist in the creation of CAUGHT Foundation.
Chris Kloepfer is a current peace officer with The Ottawa Police Service. Chris suffered an injury while on duty that left him unable to complete full-time duties as an officer. Feeling a gap in his life, Chris elected to work with the other founding members of CAUGHT in an effort to continue being engaged with a vulnerable community whose stories have left a lasting impact on him, while still being able to recognize limitations due to his injury.
